They are called hemizygous.
xRy is genotype of male, meaning that in male’s sex chromosome, the gen R is linked to his X chromosome. Since males only have one X chromosome, either dominant- or recessive- X linked genes will express their character, no supression from the other allele.

I don’t understand the next part of the question. The genotype is written there xRy – are you asking for the phenotype? you have not provided enough information.
