Considering people who are prone to becoming obese should aviod junk food; sweets and, fast food. As well as living a partying life style that involves drinking on weekends can lead to obesity as well.
So how does one who must constantly excercise; eat right and, be at least somewhat active at all times live an enjoyable life style?
