My dads side of the family has no arthiritis. My mother has oesteoarthiritis in all major joints. Her mum had it slightly at 65 . My mother is aways aying that I will get this condition as she is quite bitter. My brother has it in his knee and he is 40, but that is a football injhury as he plays fulltime professionally. any advice?
