Considering people who are prone to becoming obese should aviod junk food; sweets and, fast food. As well as living a partying life style that involves drinking on weekends can lead to obesity as well.
So how does one who must constantly excercise; eat right and, be at least somewhat active at all times live an enjoyable life style?

What I mean if a person has 3 or more races in their family and two or more from both parents, how can one trace whence they came from? Also how can it be shown what percentage of what they are from?
Also, if on one side of the family one set of grandparents were second cousins, wouldn’t this cause confusion in percentage?
