I remember reading it somewhere that your height is based on 80% nutrition and 20% genetics. Or it might have been 90% nutrition and 10% genetics, I can’t remember.
But I just want to know if its true.
If it is, then what can I eat and drink that will give me the nutritions to grow tall?
Thank you.

We see the Holocaust, Virginia Tech shooting, and terrorist attacks and see the original intent of the perpetrators. We can see their history and the world they grew up in, and perhaps their actions become humanized in the process. Were these people bound to perform these actions because of how they grew up? To what extent are parents, friends, religion influential to peoples actions? Is there a factor outside of the two listed in the question?

I wanted to know because of my two parents, both are, truth be told, not in the best physical shape; in fact, my whole family is not particularly athletic at all. I wondered if having parents who were weak and fat would make it harder for me to become muscular and slim. That’s made me really discouraged the past few weeks. Anyone have any scientific knowledge on that stuff?
