I’m not sure but I don’t think any of the other answers are accurate. (Sorry!) Though I don’t know the exact percentage, I do know that gorilla DNA is muuuuch more identical (90+%) to human DNA rather than chimps. Chimps DNA actually varies quite alot more from humans. Hard to comprehend I know but Google it dearie! : )

in the high 90′s. 98ish% i believe. This is kind of misleading, though. we are also 80% the same as a banana.

Estimates range from 97 to 98%. Its worth noting that we share something like 30% with a daffodil.
